
Maria Christopoulos, M.A., M.Sc., RP
Maria Christopoulos is a registered Psychotherapist licensed with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Maria’s primary specialization lies within the practice of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy. These therapeutic interventions work to alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, anger, panic, obsessive compulsive disorder, and other adverse life concerns in both the personal, professional and academic domains.
Previously, Maria was an educator in the public and private school settings for 10 years. Maria received her Principal’s Qualifications from the OISE Institute at the University of Toronto. Maria’s varies experiences have allowed her the opportunity to provide younger clients the chance to navigate through their academic and personal concerns with a smooth transition to work towards success.
Maria believes in ensuring the best practices and evidence-based treatment while maintaining the highest standards of care. Utilizing up to date research; for a variety of therapeutic interventions and working collaboratively with clients allows for individualized care in a safe and comforting environment.

Gabriella Dilorenzo,
M.A., B.A. Hons., Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Gabriella Dilorenzo is a Registered Psychotherapist licensed with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Previously, Gabriella has obtained her undergraduate degree within Neuroscience along with the completion of a Masters in Counselling Psychology. She provides evidence-based, up-to-date practice care grounded in current research to guide her work. The therapeutic interventions used in session will aim to alleviate symptoms for individuals experiencing OCD, PTSD, trauma and abuse, autism, grief and loss, anger management concerns, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and ADHD.
Gabriella works with individuals, couples, and families navigating life transitions and strengthening relationships. Gabriella offers a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative therapeutic environment tailored to each client’s needs. Her approach integrates active listening, mindfulness, and evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Based Therapy, along with Somatic-based techniques and Mindfulness to help clients explore their thoughts and emotions, build practical coping strategies, and strengthen resilience. She values trust, open dialogue, and empowering clients to move forward at their own pace, with an emphasis on self-compassion, self-care, and personal growth.

Kelly Holt,
BA, MA, RP Registered Psychotherapist
Kelly is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She is committed to helping individuals enhance their well-being through compassion, empathy and insight. Kelly works with clients looking to improve their mental health, drawing from both her clinical training and vast experience. Her areas of focus include addiction, navigating life’s challenges and life transitions both personally and professionally, navigating distressing feelings of anger, anxiety and depression. Also, navigating overwhelming feelings associated with relationships, career changes, and coping with body image, self-worth, and identity. Employing a holistic and trauma-informed approach, Kelly utilizes evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Kelly is dedicated to ongoing professional development and is currently pursuing the Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) designation through Evergreen Certifications, as well as a Professional Addiction Studies certificate from McMaster University. Before completing a Master's in Counselling Psychology, Kelly spent over 20 years in the Wealth Management sector as an Associate Wealth Advisor.
